The Lunchbox Legacy

John 6:3-14

The Lunchbox Legacy is a unique one. It is not just a legacy of personal character or accomplishments. It belongs to mothers. Leaving a legacy for our children is a lot like packing their lunches for life. We want them to be equipped and healthy; physically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally.

A Mother’s Legacy: The unique influences, perceptions and gifts a mother passes on to her children.

It is imprinting our children’s lives with our own through the unique relationship of motherhood.

A mother partners with God to Train up a child in the way he should go...

The mother fills the lunchbox and God uses it for whatever purpose He has.

The real question around the Lunchbox Legacy is “does my child have what they need to succeed today?”

I.    Pack the Lunchbox Carefully  Ephesians 5:15-16

Our lives are instructional...
Our lives are influential...
Our lives are inspirational...
III. Pack the Lunchbox Discerningly 1Corinthians 3:2

While the role of motherhood must change and develop, the love, care, nurture, and encouragement a mother gives should never cease.

IV. Pack the Lunchbox Lovingly I Corinthians 16:14
