Main Question: How does the Holy Spirit grow the fruit of patience in our lives so that we might look and act more like Jesus?
1. Believers should not be surprised. (1 Peter 4:12-14)
2. Believers should not retaliate. (1 Peter 4:15-16)
3. Believers should not quit. (1 Peter 4:17-19)
After the Message:
Read 1 Peter 3:9. How are we not to respond to others when we are persecuted? How can we demonstrate the fruit of patience when we experience suffering? What is the result?
