I Peter 4:10-11
God is responsible for the spread and
ministry of the Gospel. He calls, equips
and empowers the church for its ministry.
Spiritual gifts are powerful tools of God's design for the
accomplishment of His will. The reality of
these gifts is evident in the working of every church.

and responsibility.

parts because we do not have to organize.

form the basis for our understanding and application of spiritual gifts.
A. The Priesthood of All Believers - 1 Peter 2:9
