“...that all may be one”

John 17:21
The fellowship of God as Father, Son, and Spirit has been opened to me by the gift of Jesus at Calvary.  But I cannot truly experience their fellowship in isolation from all others who have been called into it.  If we are going to preserve the “unity of the Spirit,” we must possess the necessary Christian graces.
While we may belong to various groups, clubs or organizations we are a part of the church.
To be a Christian is to be connected to Christ in such a unique way that all other relationships are defined by that union.
One mind, one accord, one voice = Unity   Romans 15:5-7
Unity is not uniformity.
Unity comes from within and is a spiritual grace, while uniformity is the result of pressure from without.
